A new perspective on inclusion: our commitment with "Includere per crescere"

This is why we have joined “Includere per crescere“, a project promoted by the ELIS Consortium of companies, which allows us to put these values into action by offering new career opportunities to those who, despite having skills and talent, currently find themselves on the margins of the job market.

The initiative develops through dialogue with institutions and the involvement of large companies, SMEs, and startups, creating a virtuous ecosystem.

The actions of the projects
“Includere per crescere” implements targeted actions to facilitate the meeting between people, companies, and impact businesses, creating concrete opportunities for inclusion and collaboration.
By participating in the project, companies can:
- Identify professional profiles that best match their business needs,
- Meet and evaluate candidates who, thanks to a career coaching program, have refined their skills and are ready for the job market,
- Explore new forms of social procurement by collaborating with impact companies to enrich their supplier network with organizations that have a strong social value.
